ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Vito Zuppardo retired in 2003, after twenty-five years in the casino business, where he recruited high-limit gaming customers for various casinos around the world.

Vito wrote in 1986, collecting pieces of information from each trip to Las Vegas, the Bahamas, Monte Carlo, and the many other places where he represented casinos. His primary job was keeping his clients happy while vacationing at luxury casino resorts. He authored nine books, including the Voodoo Lucy Series and the True Blue Detective Series. His first two books, Tales of Lady Luck and Alluring Lady Luck, are based on true events from his experiences during his casino days.

Vito Zuppardo is the author of 15 novels set in his history-filled hometown of New Orleans. He released his first novel, Alluring Lady Luck, in 2010 after spending 25 years in the casino business.

In 2011 Tales of Lady Luck, another well-received book based on real events, dug deeper into the characters found on exclusive VIP lists, high-stakes gaming party jets, and in casinos worldwide.

After the success of his first two novels, Vito turned his attention to writing thrillers. The first novel in his first series, True Blue Detective, was a hit. A spinoff series called Voodoo Lucy soon followed.

After Hurricane Katrina, Vito was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Baton Rouge. His life adventures make his books fun to read, and his characters stand out.
